We concentrate of providing construction services to commercial projects through competitive bidding and negotiated contracts. We have open communication between our staff and the client as well as among the technical design sub-consultants and other construction professionals so that a seamless product is provided to the client. Our in-house team of professionals has made our company successful on the principals of honesty and hard work and they expect the same values from our sub-contractors. This groundwork has led to projects being completed on-time, under budget, and in accordance with the client’s vision.

Reynolds General Contractors, Inc. has never had an insurance dispute, been involved in litigation, or defaulted on any loan payment or other financial dealing during our existence. We acknowledge the need for quick and fair conflict resolution and have open communication with all partners involved with a project. Team members are contacted immediately upon any significant changes to design documents or construction methods and weekly or daily project meetings are held as necessary to successfully complete a project.

The fact is: Anyone can say they are trust-worthy. But that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t cut the cards. Due diligence is just good business.
